Time Limits
- Solo 4 minutes
- Duet/Trio 4 minutes
- Small Group 4 minutes
- Large Group 4 minutes
- Line 4.5 minutes
- NEW for 2026 - Extended Time 5+ minutes
- Production - length of production is required to be communicated during time of scheduling.
All routines will be time checked on the day of the competition. While deductions for time violations are rare, they may be applied if necessary. Please use the stated time limits as a guideline. If your routine exceeds these limits, notify the event producers during online registration.
Note: The Extended Time category should be selected for any routine—regardless of group size—that is 5 minutes or longer and does not qualify as a Production. This includes choreography performed before the music begins, after the music ends, or in the case of an a cappella routine.
